刚学习使用Atom，全英语环境对于初学很不友好，又喜欢追新，在官方汉化缺失的情况下，不得不自己摸索着汉化一次。
在Win10上进行的汉化，暂时不会做linux和Mac的部分

setting.coffee 设置面板中文字说明无法高亮,沿用
menu_win32.coffee 菜单汉化后，帮助菜单后会多出File->Reopen project待解决待解决
