Results using rgeoda differ from using the geoda desktop app

First of all thank you very much for making the R-package rgeoda and making your code open source.

I tried to recreate the skater example on the guerry data you use here in R. However, when building the queen weights the same way you do and using the same data (actually just following your tutorial here, by applying

queen_w <- queen_weights(guerry)
bound_vals <- as.numeric(guerry$Pop1831)
min_bound <- 3236.67 # 10% of Pop1831
data <- list(guerry$table$Crm_prs, guerry$table$Crm_prp, guerry$table$Litercy, guerry$table$Donatns, guerry$table$Infants, guerry$table$Suicids)
guerry_clusters <- skater(6, queen_w, data, bound_vals, min_bound)

the mimimum bound seems to be ignored and I do not get the same results you get in the geoda-tutorial. Can you reproduce that? Or am I missing something?
