前端要求能通过媒体查询实现响应式布局，实现页面能自适应响应不同尺寸的终端设备；能通过目前一些HTML5新特性支持手机拍照上传图片功能、图片上传预览等。 后台框架基于SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate)搭建，数据库表和实体类采用JPA替换传统的XML映射配置。系统采用MySQL开源、轻量级数据库。搭建邮箱服务器能增强系统与外界进行一些友好交互(如用户注册账号需通过邮箱链接地址激活账号等)。
