Butterfly UI does not load graph and unable to select traces

Hi thanks for your work on this project it is very cool!

I get the following error when using Butterfly!

ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): TypeError: Invalid Time: 13/02/2018 14:04:00 +00:00

I am using Chrome and my local time is GMT.

If I have time I will look into this myself and submit a PR.

Performance optimization

The current use of HTTP collector and JSON serialization has serious performance problems.

按照例子配置，运行后不显示api服务端的跟踪数据

api服务端配置如下：

Sample Tracing for Postman

Do you have a sample tracing for Postman so that I can verify that it is up and running?
I am using Ocelot, but do not see any tracings in Butterfly despite configuring it correctly, I therefore want to verify that traces can be sent and seen via the UI.

Does it work without elasticache? The docs imply that it does, by just specifying the httpcollector.

仅支持.net core吗？如果要是.net framework里面用该怎么用呢？

支持按照traceId进行查询

目前查询请求链路，只能通过Tags中的数据项进行查询，可不可以实现按照traceId查询的呢？
这样前端获取到traceId后，可以尽快定位到调用链路。

能否修改默认的配置文件

"ServerAddress"从“http://localhost:9618“改成"http://+:9618"。
另外会否考虑支持一个官方的docker镜像？
