Add sympolic transistor models

The code I merged on Gitlab(intranet) was discarded.
I apply the patch again.
The patch adds 4 transistor models.
NTRANS_HVIO, NTRANS_FAST
PTRANS_HVIO, PTRANS_FAST

GDS datatype support

The original Alliance only support the gds layer number without datatype.
We have to use various datatype for recent processes.

GDS DBU calculation and the value

In the RDS file, we have the physical_grid keyword. However, the value is not directly stored in the GDS file but about half of the value.
Also, the calculation makes some precision problems.

Fail to build on AlmaLinux8

  1. src/exp/src/Makefile.am miss include_HEADERS for exp.h
    which induces to fail to build.
  2. The texlive does not support dvipdf but dvipdfmx then some Makefiles in documentation directory should be changed.
