Redirected to the previous sentence

What went wrong?

I'm doing the Russian skill "Genitive 1", and got the sentence "У женщины есть ребёнок." Meaning: "The woman has a child."
Duo didn't like the way I pronounced it. (Not sure if that's related to the problem.) Then I clicked the DUOME button, and it redirected me to the previous challenge I got right before that: "У мужчины есть хлеб?" Meaning: "Does the man have bread?"

Update: It continued to redirect me to the previous challenges. It seems like something causes some kind of shift in the challenge ID. Then after a while I got another speaking exercise, which I answered correctly, and then things got back to normal again.

Expected behavior

It should have redirected me to the current sentence.

Steps to reproduce

Not sure, because I suspect it depends on the sequence of the challenges, which is random.

wrong language

What went wrong?

I'm doing the legendary challenge of the Phrases skill in the Spanish tree. I got the sentence: "Hello, nice to meet you." I answered "Hola, mucho gusto." It's marked correct. Clicking the DUOME button got me to the Portuguese sentence: "Olá, prazer em conhecer você." It means the same, but in the wrong language...

Expected behavior

It should have redirected me to the Spanish sentence.

Steps to reproduce

1. Do the Phrases skill in the Spanish course.
2. Get the sentence "Hello, nice to meet you."
3. Translate it to Spanish.
4. Click the DUOME button.

No DUOME button in progress quiz

What went wrong?

Duolingo gave me 3 days of free PLUS, so I used it to take a progress quiz. The 1st sentence worked fine, but the 2nd sentence has no DUOME button, even though it has a DISCUSS button.

Expected behavior

There should be a DUOME button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Register to PLUS (or wait till you get 3 free days, I got it for my 600 day streak.)
2. Take the progress quiz.
3. Answer the 1st & 2nd exercises.
4. The 2nd exercise has no DUOME button.

No DUOME button in checkpoint test

What went wrong?

I'm testing checkpoint #2 in the Russian tree. After answering the first challenge, there is a DISCUSS button but no DUOME button.

Expected behavior

There should have been a DUOME button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Register to Russian for English speakers. (I tried the same in the French tree and it doesn't occur there, I don't know what other trees have this problem other than Russian.)
2. Start the checkpoint #2 test. (I got a similar problem in checkpoint #1 too, but it behaved a bit differently, there was no DISCUSS button either.)
3. Answer the first challenge. (I got it right, not sure if that matters.)
4. You get the DISCUSS button but no DUOME button.

Error: Failed to create topic

When I do a grammar skill (course French from English) and want to add the sentence to a discussion I get "Error: Failed to create topic".
