You should also add the linkml tag on your repo so it shows up here: https://github.com/topics/linkml

This is then compiled to the models.yaml in the top level (do not edit this directly). Currently this is a manual step but in future this will be done with github actions

linkml-registry's Issues

https://linkml.io/linkml-registry/registry/ doesn't seem to auto-update from github

https://github.com/linkml/linkml-registry/blob/main/src/docs/registry.md was edited 2 months ago to fix some errors. Those errors still appear on https://linkml.io/linkml-registry/registry/. The ones I noticed:

NMDC Schema
Schema for National Microbiome Data Collaborative (NMDC). This schem is organized into 3 separate modules:
This schema is organized into distinct modules:

(the errors are "schem" and the redundant lines about modules)

Does https://linkml.io/linkml-registry/registry/ need to be manually updated?

Biolink Model table in the registry is too wide to fit

On https://linkml.io/linkml-registry/registry/#biolink-model, the table doesn't fit in the horizontal space provided. This is because one of the keys and one of the value sets are long.

I did then discover a horizontal scrollbar. But the fix I would like is to let the table be as wide as it wants to be, with no scrollbar. Why does the page have to be limited to that width, when I can make my browser window wider than that, if I want? (I assume this is set in the page style, but maybe it can be overridden?)
