Those links can be played by VLC player.
How can I play or config camera with rtsp.
I tried 2 versions 1.3.3 and 2.0.1

somehow my try to setup a camera resulted in the software crashing,
to uninstall and then reinstall didnt help, is there any settingsfolder i should delete to be able to start over fresh? or is it something else that is the problem?

I'm triying to follow your steps to configure the opencvr:
http://download.qt-project.org/official_releases/qt/5.4/5.4.0/qt-opensource-linux-x64-5.4.0.run
---> add below 2 line into /etc/profile
export PATH=/home/xxx/Qt5.4.0/5.4/gcc_64/bin:/home/xxx/Qt5.4.0/Tools/QtCreator/bin/:$PATH
export VE_QTDIR=/home/xxx/Qt5.4.0/5.4/gcc_64/
2.edit the env.sh LD_LIBRARY_PATH for the current dir
source ./env.sh
./start.sh

But, when I execute ./start I had this error:
./bin/OpenCVR: No such file or directory

Maybe I'm skipping some steps. Can you tell me something about it?

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 64bits

When I try to compile on Ubuntu 14.04, 64bit, I end up with this:

I have tried to build opencvr from source under Linux (Debian Wheezy) but the build ends up with this error:

Did someone successfully build the project from source? For unknown reason, I always fails by referring "build manual". What extra module/lib is necessary?

• I have configured Qt 5.4 to build repository 2170.
• In Windows, VS2013 Pro is used.
• In Debian 8, default modules have been installed.

Build from source Windows
Open the veuilib\prj_win32\veuilib.sln by vs2013 and build veuilib(if you do not have full source code, skip this)
Open the veapp\prj_win32\VSCloudNode.sln by vs2013 and build it.
Build from source Linux
$cd opencvr
$source ./rules.mk
$make

• VSCouldNote.sln could not be found in Repository 2170.

ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! This project is not completely open source. To compile and use this program, you need the unknown origin closed source librarys velib and veuilib. You can not compile the program for the arm and mips because velib and veuilib only available in binary form only for x86 and x64 architectures. when drag and drope needs click twice on the camera name

Hi,

I'm testing vdceye on a mix of camera set, Dahua and Hikvision cameras works ok, the video starts after onvif scan.
The problem is related to Sony and Axis cameras, it found the cameras but no video if I drag the camera on the matrix.

How can I fix this?

In the Drive section the local HDD is not displayed.

What should I do to be able to finally compile the source sucessfully?

The download on sourceforge for Linux is directing to OpenCVV

Make note in installation instructions: DO NOT INSTALL WITH SUDO

Installing Qt w/ SUDO will both change the path and the permissions to required library files.

• I have not installed additional QT libraries
• Unclear on how to remove the conflicting library version

1- Create a Option to save last chanels open, if they want to see only selected cameras when open again

2- Create another button to options flat, tabbed , display in the grid tab shared from ptz , because when i want to delete the camera, ptz or cameras optons i can access by left mouse button.

3- instead the database open the streaming, leave to open just in drag and drope..

I try to build opencvr on ubuntu 14.04 32bit and the compilation fails on veapp/prj_linux.
Make return error during linking of veapp because it can't find velib, veuilib and leveldb.
I try to find these library and it seems that only x64 and windows libraries are presents.

It is possible to get sources or build these libraries for linux 32bit?

Within Instructions, the settings for LD_LIBRARY_PATH is incomplete.

If both Qt is installed in User Directory (as is default), and the Open-CVR archive is extracted in the User Directory the values for LD_LIBRARY_PATH should be within ./env.sh should be:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/[USER]/OpenCVR-Ubuntu14.04-CentOS7-64bit-r1.2.3/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/[USER]/Qt5.4.0/5.4/gcc_64/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Note: Replace [USER] with the username, without brackets
