How to set alt attribute? about medium-editor-insert-plugin

Alt attributes are currently not supported. If someone would dive into it and came up with easy to use solution, it would be appreciated.

The idea behind the plugin is to make a minimal product with core features, that would be straight forward and easy to use. And the more features the harder to maintain it's simplicity. That's why when I came with this plugin, I made only basic necessary features and I'm letting the community to take it from there.

That makes sense, although it takes away some of the shine from the plugin. I see it having an "info" button next to the close/resize buttons that would handle image attributes like alt, align, sizing, etc... Although I know next to nothing about javascript programming, it might be interesting to dig around and see if I can make something happen.

@ScotsScripts I imagine it might be easier to your your own. Once an image is inserted into the dom, attach some js hooks to that that would let you insert an alt... I don't think that would be particular hard. It's not ideal, but think of it as a plugin for this plugin. Once the element is in the dom it's pretty easy to manipulate it with jQuery.
