问题: Melis系统过于严格的模块化设计，增加了系统不必要的复杂性，有过分设计之嫌, 随着新的特性和问题fix的不断引入，系统出现了僵化，顽固，粘滞，重复的问题。 使设计难以改变，难以重用，难以做正确的事情，八股文式的模块封装机制，限制了系统的扩展性能和潜力。

Melis4.0 SDK aims:

  1. 对外，标准化，简单易用。 开发标准，开发工具，文档想社区对齐，大胆砍掉冗余代码和冗余机制，复用社区成果， 使开发更加方便。
  2. 对内，多平台支持，建立一套面向不同系列SOCs 硬件关联层的抽象接口，屏蔽V，F，R底层差异。
  3. 大内核小模块，淡化模块机制，动态重定位化解链接脚本和运行地址的尴尬。
  4. 宏内核是趋势，os不是技术问题，是生态问题，没有方便易用的开发方式，谈何生态？
  5. IPC Product, G2D Framework
  6. ADB etc.
  7. Standby.
  8. EHCH/OHCH Host Controller Driver.
