Hi Akash,

What's the issue you're having accessing the csv within the zipped file? The csv file is now too big to work nicely with Github, which is why I switched to using a zipped csv file.

In the meantime I've made an unzipped version of the CSV available on Google Drive. See the README here:

Thanks for the response Shiandy and making that google drive link available - much appreciated,

Basically I am using a dashboarding tool to link directly to the dataset to visualise the impact of this analysis against some other measures such as national stringency and mobility in one place. For that direct, refreshing connection to work i basically use a direct csv link from the tool for data source- it doesn't accept zip files but just a weblink to a csv.
