本SQL文件包含了全国省级市级县区级乡镇街道级村居委会共767475个五级行政区域数据，原来网上的数据库格式很乱，且有生僻字乱码，数据缺失等情况，本人对其进行了修正优化，当然，由于数据来源有点旧，期间有些村镇数据会发生变化。
