翻译格式讨论

目前暂定格式为如下风格：

1. 不改动源文件的任何代码和注释，只在其基础新增中文注释；
2. 新增的中文注释结构和格式需要与原文保持一致；
3. 使用分割线---来分割中英文注释（注意： --- 上面的一行必须空出来，才会生效）。
