JavaScript error pops up when I enter: electron launcher.js

I've been following your tutorial with minor adjustments on some of the steps (as shown below), and I have completed most of the steps until I get to the cd dist step. Once I type and enter electron launcher.js I get a JavaScript error that states:

A JavaScript error occurred in the main process
  Uncaught Exception: 
   Error: Cannot find module 'app'

These are the steps I took to receive this error:

**Step 1.** Open command prompt

**Step 2.** git clone https://github.com/lietu/electron-aurelia-typescript-gulp.git

**Step 3.** cd toClonedDir

**Step 4.** npm install -g gulp jspm

**Step 5.** npm install --save-dev jshint gulp-jshint

**Step 6.** npm install -g npm-check-updates

**Step 7.** ncu -u

**Step 8.** npm install

**Step 9.** Create a GitHub token with only the Public_repo access check box checked on.

**Step 10.** jspm registry config github

**Step 11.** Follow steps to add Public Token

**Step 12. j**spm install -y

**Step 13.** gulp

**Step 14.** Open another cmd prompt

**Step 15.** cd dist

**Step 16.** electron launcher.js

ERROR! This is where I get the error as I try to launch electron launcher.js.

If you have any suggestion on how to fix this error or a new updated set of steps to install and setup electron-aurelia-typescript-gulp I would definitely appreciate it. Thank you!
