`develop` builds broken again!

After merging pull request #6 on 7th September, python datasets.py was working from a clean checkout. Since then around 15 commits have been added and it doesn't work building any longer.

How to reproduce:

@klngwll @sarwik I've been scanning through your changes, but I'm totally clueless.. Any thoughts on which of them could have caused this?

Compile defs not working for relators

On develop branch:

sab.ttl: Lägg till alla möjliga underavdelningar under X/Y som någon form av Subdivision eller lista samtliga möjliga underklasser

Som exempel:
Xxad är en högst korrekt klassifikationskod, men den är svår att dekonstruera utifrån sab.ttl

Jag ser två sätt att lösa det, men det finns nog fler.

  1. sab.ttl listar alla möjliga underklasser utifrån genre och instrument
  2. sab.ttl uttrycker alla instrument, genrer mm som subdivisions, men inom just X/Y så att man inte går vilse och tror att dessa koder kan kopplas till alla huvudklasser.

Det finns nog andra områden med som har den här "problematiken"

Generellt vore det nog bra om möjliga subdivisions kunde listas under respektive klass för att nå en hög precision i Särskilda tilläggsbeteckningar och begränsningar för de generella tilläggsbeteckningarna. Någon sorts egenskap i form av "allowedSubdivisions" kanske är en väg framåt?
