Review errors handling in JSONP.

API returns filtering and sorting information in response.
We need to keep it into entity as it is important as context details during data manipulation.

At the moment we have both nodejs and browser transport functions returned by jsonp module - this does not looks pretty. Have to be divided and probably renamed to requestTransport or smth like that.

There is no way to retrieve categories with current SDK version. Have to be fixed.

Refactor in order to replace Country and City with Region

The root URL of the API needs to be changed from ../schedule/regions/.. to ../schedule/data/...

Think about including underscore to manage collections

Subregions are implemented on backend. We have to reflect them in SDK.

unable to load demo from github, or on website

I am getting an error message
Authentication parameters missing when trying to retrieve the broadcasts.json went to the website and getting a similar error message in javascript console, do i need a key? if so how do i get one?

For example we cant filter with adding ChannelId=23. Channelid filtering have to modify path like follows: /channels/23/broadcasts.json

Second issue discovered during whatson migration is that we have no possibility to filter broadcasts by ID because it also have to modify path but in quite different way. It have to change broadcasts.json?id=1,2 to \broadcasts\1,2.json

Add SDK to Bower and NPM. For NPM there is Kraken package already, so we have to rename ours. May be KrakenSDK is fine?
