[Breaking Issue] Failed to load module table when adding new module (unknown to db)

In ModulesTable, add new module that does not exist in database table.

Error:

Result: component does not load

Low: SemesterSchedule module incorrect color when deleting semester

Current: color of the module is kept when returning the module back to the pool of modules during semester delete

Expected: color of the module is reset back to default (i.e. blue) when return back to the pool of modules

Reproduce Bug:

1. Select a course and generate graph/module
2. Under SemesterSchedule, add a new semester
3. Drag a module that needs a prereq to the new semester (eg. CS2100)
4. observe that it turns red
5. delete the previous semester
6. look for that module in the modules pool (i.e. CS2100)
7. BUG: the module is red color

Fatal: Graph fails due to repeated modules in database

Graph does not load when database has multiple entries of the same module (same mod code but different acad yr)

Incorrect behavior when user logs out

Current:
When user is logged out, only backend is logged out, attempts to load back to same "user privileged" url. Since not logged in, user is directed to /sign-up

Expected:
When user is logged out, backend is logged out and website goes to the default "/".

New user "Update Profile" behaviour

When new user is done setting up profile and clicks "Update Profile", user is not brought to the dashboard

Current: Database is updated, but no change is UI

Expected: Database is updated and user to brought to the main dashboard
