Hi there, I'm Loïc Houpert 👋

💻 I'm a Software Engineer working for the UK Civil Service as a Senior Cyber Platform Engineer 🛡️.

🌍 I like working with open-source software, algorithms, cloud-native technologies, following the DevOps ways. I also have a strong experience working with Ocean and Climate Data 🌊 as a Research Data Scientist ⛵👨‍🔬.

👍 I particularly like working with Python projects 🐍 such as xarray, HoloViz, scikit-learn, sphinx and Django.

🌱 I am learning the best practices to develop, deploy and operate cybersecurity solutions 🛡️ on infrastructure and applications ☁️.

🌅 I'm interested in open source cloud-based projects ⛅, DevOps practices ♾️ , and Data Science 📊 . I am hoping to find some time this year to start learning Go and Rust.
