Materialize/ASP.NET Form Field Discrepancies

Materialize and ASP.NET core have different requirements for what is an accepted password. Since the two libraries have different requirements, Materialize will mark some form fields as accepted visually when it shouldn't.
Investigate why this is the case and what customization will need to be done on either side to get the fields correct.

Remove Bootstrap from Solution

Bootstrap is added by default to generated ASP.NET files on project creation. Since we are using the Materialize library for front-end styling, this should be removed. Removing the library includes:

• Clear all references to bootstrap from existing views
• Remove Bootstrap from Bower dependency list
• Remove Bootstrap files from lib folder

Let me know if you see something Bootstrap referenced somewhere not currently listed and I'll add it to the list.
