This puts identity commands before and after the measuring of q for some reason.

Implement when decided in the other pull request how it should be done.

I don't think it does anything in the actual code, but it might make it clearer what arguments need to be used when the method is replaced?

These two functions could be merged into one function, construct_command. It would have all the arguments of constructCmdXtra:

    def constructCmdXtra(self, qID, command, notify=1, block=1, action=0, 
                         xtra_qID=0, step=0, remote_appID=0, remote_node=0, 
                         remote_port=0)

but the latter ones would only be used if command is an extra command.

Is this okay?

Other options:

• overwrite
• append a number to filename so you are writing to a new file
• some kind of warning
• option to CQCToFile to do one of these things (e.g. overwrite=True )
