When we create a new input, we can't use .attr() to set type.

We should make a new config option, like 'inputType' to be used like that:

$('form#form_id input').drive({inputType: 'text'})

When a raw DOM element is passed as context, the element creation sometimes fails.

Should be corrected for next beta release.

For now we append new elements using .append().

Add a new option to use .prepend() instead.

$(...).drive({method: 'append'})
$(...).drive({method: 'prepend'})

Default method would be 'append'.

context problem with function version of plugin: $.drive()

Create a "safe" option to avoid creating elements in unknown or unexpected context.

Or something like

$(...).drive({ force: true })

For callbacks, use default @function( ){ return false; }@ to limit event propagation?

Make failure callback ( 'drive:failure' event) work.
