Multiple cognate sets with similar names, differing in numeric suffix

I wanted to know the distinction between the multiple cognate sets with similar names like: 41_burdenstick-0, 41_burdenstick-1, 41_burdenstick-3...

Is it correct to combine all these into a single cognate set? If not, why?

I also assigned Simon, since the location of the languages fits his interest group, so checking on some concepticon mappings and sounds may be useful.
