Uncertainty-Flow

This is the prelimeary script hub for repeat the experiment of Uncertainty Flow, i.e., a inductive transfer learning based duel Bayesian neural networks.

N.B. All scripts are written in Python 2.7, ipython notebook format for easy reproduction

Required Dependecies:

Numpy; Keras; Sklearn; Pymc3; Theano; lasagne; Matplotlib(optional for plotting)

Contained Files:

1. scripts for baseline v1 - 6

2. organised mulit-label fer2013 dataset(.npy format)

3. raw data of multi-label fer2013(soon)
