How can I change I that It reloads every second?

Added a port to the IP address, shows 0 players online.
Having no port shows players online.
These are two different servers running from the same IP address, one with a port of 25565 (default) and 25566, the 25566 one will not show any players online, when I know there are players there.

When i turn my server down, status on the website keeps saying it's online, and show number of players as 0. When server is turned on, it shows the server is online and number of players online correctly.
I assume this doesn't work anymore or I am just an idiot.
What should I do more with it? I copy-pasted everything and just put my server IP in, didn't change anything.
