About me ☕

Passionate about my profession, I am always updating myself, in order to be on top of new solutions, methodologies and technologies, which will be crucial for evolution and quality in the delivery of results. Bearing in mind that interpersonal relationships are essential for a good relationship, professional and personal growth, I have been trying to learn a lot about inclusion, diversity and skills to manage a team and make it engaged, motivated and well-aligned.

In this journey of 13 years of experience with IT, in the last 6 years I was able to acquire experience in team management, projects, development of web systems and IT infrastructure, with several projects, using Google Cloud and AWS.

I am developing team leadership skills, conflict resolution, techniques to develop resilience and recovery strategies in pressure situations.

With a dynamic, proactive, communicative and entrepreneurial profile, I have a methodology that integrates principles of quality, planning, control and monitoring, always looking for the best, with performance and quality.
