ts-dotenv's Issues

env is empty / loading doenst work

import * as denv from 'ts-dotenv';
import fs from 'fs';
describe('.env loading', () => {
  it('has a .env', () => {
    expect(fs.existsSync('.env')).toBe(true);       //succeeds
    console.log(fs.readFileSync('.env','utf-8'))    //api_key=123456
  });
  it('loads .env', () => {
    const env = denv.load({});                      //already fails here if i .load({api_key : String})
    expect(env.api_key).toBeDefined();              //FAILS
  });
  it('loads .env', () => {
    require('dotenv').config();
    expect(process.env.api_key).toBeDefined();      //succeeds
  });
});

enum support

import { load } from 'ts-dotenv'

enum Environment {
  production = 'production',
  development = 'development',
  test = 'test'
}

export const dotenv = load({
  NODE_ENV: Environment,
})

currently does not work, would be nice if it was supported.

double quotes are kept

Hello,

TEST="one value"

// => will become { TEST: "\"one value\"" }

do I assume correctly that quotes should be removed here when parsing? Currently they are not removed....
