Dev Setup

1. Run npm install to install the dev dependencies that will make your life easier.
2. Run npm run start in order to start the local server so you can see your changes IRL over at 127.0.0.1:8080
3. Run npm run cssmin in order to update the minified version of the CSS files.
   • Needs to be run only if you made changes to src/tufte.css
4. (Optional) Install the necessary Python tools by running poetry install inside the tools/ folder.
   • Note: There's currently no other dependencies than black

• AWS S3 static web hosting with CloudFlare
• AWS S3 static web hosting clicky-clicky walkthrough
• More AWS S3 web hosting
• Color palette generated from huemint
• CSS style from Edward Tufte

ToDos

• terraform ALL the infra
• every branch gets a published subdomain automagically
• switch away from writing crude HTML/CSS to some fancy markdown to HTML tool
• start some sort of blog

It can be automated in the CICD (GitHub Actions) or in a pre-commit hook or <insert alternative>.
