Add ability to intercept file downloads

API endpoints should not serve downloadable files, but I have faced scenarios, where this is not true.

The current implementation was not focused on serving files

Add ability to use other expectation methods beside of atleast

In the PoC my only intention was to create a tool that allow me to intercept API calls, and if needed I should be able to alter them.

I expect that the give request should arrive at least once during the test.

But we could benefit alot by creating expectation methods like:

• never
• exatly
• once

The PHPUnit invocation counter is a good example why it needed.
