Readme and spec call for different arguments for #apply_coupons method

Readme and spec contradict each other for what should be passed in as the second argument in #apply_coupons method.

The ReadMe says: "a coupon for avocados that looks like this: {:item => "AVOCADO", :num => 2, :cost => 5.00}" (indicating a hash is being passed in)

The test spec appears to be passing in an array of hashes:
let(:coupons) do
[
{:item => "AVOCADO", :num => 2, :cost => 5.00},
{:item => "BEER", :num => 2, :cost => 20.00},
{:item => "CHEESE", :num => 3, :cost => 15.00}
]
end
