Add android APK build script

We need a full android build script to create an apk from any given Meteor project

Required folder structure:

/mobile/android/build_apk.sh

Android GitHub Action: build workflow

We need a GitHub Action that does the following

  • Build an android APK of a given Meteor project using the build scripts
  • only on branch release and on [pull_request, push]
  • The workflow must not include linting and testing
  • I will provide an example project on the release branch that you can use to experiment and test the workflow
