scarlett-18i8-mixer

This is an ALSA mixer UI for the Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 USB audio interface. It requires AlsaJsonGateway which needs to run along side the server to send commands to the host OS. Pull requests accepted for security fixes.

• The UI framework is Vue.js
• The audio control elements are NexusUI

Project setup

npm install

Compiles and hot-reloads for development

npm run serve

"The ALSA API is down, that's bad"

when I run the development build and point my browser at localhost:8080, all I get is "The ALSA API is down, that's bad".

i'm running "ajg-daemon --verbose --config=/home/natty/.ajg/default.conf" at the same time and the output is
