Dependencies for tests

The Problem

Currently, building the dependencies for tests takes too long, thanks to pytorch and cudatoolkit

Check Github Actions logs

Proposed Solution

  • Push a docker image(s) based on the environment.yml
  • Trigger docker image(s) build and push every time environment.yml is modified
  • Run Github Actions on the docker image(s) instead of building dependencies from scratch

Markers for tests

The different tests in pytest currently don't have any metadata markers. This is imperative for selectively running certain groups of tests in a convenient fashion.
