This is the codebase for the TMLR 2023 paper Neural Implicit Manifold Learning for Topology-Aware Density Estimation.

• For code to run the experiments and generate figures up to and including Section 4.1, please see notebooks.
• For the experiments in Section 4.2, see the configs folder. These experiments can be run with the following command:

python main.py configs/<experiment_name>.yaml

cannot find visualization module and e.g. plot_mdf_surface in repo

Hi,
First of all, interesting paper.

Now, from visualization import plot_mdf_surface is used in the notebook geospatial.ipynb but I cannot find the module anywhere in the repo. Am I missing something obvious? I was curious to see the implementation of plot_mdf_surface and the calls to the marching cubes algorithm in practice.
