fix linting
Currently the linting only addressees ts code well and doesn't follow the vue/recommend standard. This should be fixed.

optimize Variable usage & modulability of SASS integration
the setup currently loads more ssas code then required ( e.g. RTL implementation ) and the variable usage is not optimal as well.
fix prettier timeouts
the usage of the current prettier version leads HMR to timeout during development.
[Question] Why is compiling the project in dev mode so long?
