Create a function to that takes in the user's birthday as a date struct and returns the user's zodiac struct.

Create a function to take in the user's zodiac sign and the current moon phase and return a fortune.

Read in a list of fortunes from a CSV in the format:
<zodiac sign>,<moon phase>,<fortune>.<new line>

Convert this list of fortunes to a 2D array of char pointers. The first dimension is the moon phase, from the corresponding moon phase enum and the second dimension is the zodiac sign, from the corresponding zodiac enum.

Take in a CSV of dates and moon phases rather than hard coding in the moon phases.

Add the ability to save the user's fortune to a text file.

The Fortune struct will hold:

• Fortune description
• Corresponding zodiac sign
• Corresponding moon phase

Needs to hold:

• The name of the month
• Position of the month in the year
• Number of days in the month

This will be used to verify that the user has entered a valid date.

The indexes of the enum refers to the day of the month and the value refers to the moon position.

Need a function to check the validity of dates entered. For example, February 30th is not a valid date.

Create a function that asks the user for a date. Then, verify that the given date is valid (valid number of days in month, valid month number). Then, create the a date struct from the input.
