This is a Google Docs clone web application built using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. It leverages Socket.io for real-time collaboration and Quill.js for a rich text editor.

Follow these steps to set up the project locally:
- Clone this repository:
git clone https://github.com/lateefibrahim01/mern-google-doc.git - Change to the project directory:
cd mern-google-doc - Install server dependencies:
npm install - Change to the client directory:
cd client - Install client dependencies:
npm install
- Start the server:
npm startfrom theserverdirectory. - Start the client:
npm startfrom theclientdirectory. - Open a web browser and navigate to
http://localhost:3000to access the application.
Make sure to configure your MongoDB connection in the server's .env file.
