Update caching from self-built file solution to sqlite

Decrease dependency size

It's supposed to be a simple CLI App, however the dependencies are more than 6MB large.
How and why?
Anyway, decrease it!

Add command displaying solved days in year

Create command to display yearly star count

The clap cli library generates great help pages, which basically include all usage instructions necessary in the Github readme.

Easiest way to setup the documentation is to generate the clap help page and paste it into the readme upon every new release.
