Apparently the API (Mobile Content Service) it's using is decommissioned, and stopped working approximately today. Supposedly replaced by the Page Content Service, but it's probably not a drop-in replacement.
(The error page didn't really help btw:)

While preventing accidental giving-ups as much as possible, allow for people to give up, at least after the day is over. That's a feature that was (intentionally) lost in #14, but even just for debugging it'd be nice.
While I really understand and like these changes, I would like to make them opt-in (or opt-out, depending on the feature).

I need to investigate this a bit, but it seems like one of the entries of the list of vital articles is no longer an article, but merged into a related article. This made guessing difficult, but I'm not sure if it was actually broken.
Changing the "Censored words" settings hides revealed words. The user can resolve this by reloading the page, but it shouldn't happen in the first place.
I'd like to propose a Hint button for when the article is too difficult. I'm not sure what the best implementation of this would be, but my feeling is that it would choose some words to unhide which would aid in solving the puzzle.
Perhaps it could:
However it worked, it would of course exclude the title word(s).
I'm not sure which would be "most fun" without getting you too close to the result too quickly. I imagine it as a button you hit multiple times to help you get closer without spoiling.

Mn schoonmoeder heeft geen idee hoe en accent om te schrijven, zij kann het niet. Als censordle een beetje meer relaxed met vergelijking van tekens, dan zou dat nuttig zijn
e.g. kukai zou misschien kūkai ontdekken
https://larsgw.github.io/censordle/?day=177 seems to go wrong. I haven't solved it yet though.
When I play on my Android phone in Firefox, I can tell how many letters go in a word to guess, which makes guessing a little easier. My partner has an iPhone and the font it uses does not show the boundaries between the letters. That means she has to "guestimate" the number of letters in the words.
Would it be possible to select a font that gives more similar results on these different platforms? I need to see these boundaries, or Censordle would be very hard to play.
