####Overview#### Capital Punishment is a pain-free way to memorize states and capitals. Pick your poison from the side bar, and then match the given state to its capital and answer the next question. If you can't get the hang of a question, just move on and try again later. You'll be shocked at how well you know your states and capitals when you're done playing. Click the center button to inject a twist into your game by getting a capital and then answering with the state!

Help UI

Create something that the user can click that will help them decide what to do. Use an image that looks like this: ?.

Stylize buttons.

Use some fancy background effects to make image buttons look better.

Filter Bootstrap.css

A lot of the things in the local bootstrap.css file will never be used by this application. Try to ween is down to <1500 lines.

Error screens

Screens for 404 and 500 errors. Should be simple (but clever), and include a link to redirect to the start page.

Automate versioning

Write a git-hook or something to automate the versioning. Also automate the syncing between the modal dialog and the README file where they are the same.

Fix Alignment to look better on both 4:3 and 16:9 screens

Get rid of @data local vars

We don't need them. They're just sucking up precious, precious memory.

Rewrite description.

Current description is a mix between a description and directions. Fix that.

Split countries with ' and '

Countries or sovereign states scraped off that Wikipedia site with the word ' and ' tend to be too big to fit across the screen and then screw up the UI/UX. Just split countries that do that and give them the same capitals.
