Describe the bug
Note animation for the note block sometimes glitches out similar to a seizure.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the note block and begin spamming

Expected behavior
Animation should play smoothly

It's pretty annoying having to cycle through all the noteblocks.

Describe the solution you'd like
A list with all the noteblocks instead of a button that cycles through them.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A drop down menu that has all the noteblocks instead of the button.
