When you have multiple new lessons to watch, you get a List notification and on it you have two buttons:

• Watch on Laracasts
• Mark all Watched

Button Mark all Watched marks ALL lessons watched instead of only the new lessons mentioned in the List notification.

Solution

I plan to rename the button to Mark Watched and make it mark only the new lessons watched, not all.

Sometimes when the popup opens lessons date are sorted in wrong order.

I assume that the input string is not correctly formatted or the fetched lessons overwrite the current lessons.

Need more investigation.

Great plugin you've created! Would be awesome with retina support on the icons. Right now they look a bit blurry on retina displays.

I suspect that there is a bug somewhere but not sure where yet. I think that the lessons are not being fetched correctly.

If you have the popup open and you get a notification of a new lesson or lessons, when you click mark as watched th badge updates but the popup does not.

I just have to send a message from background script to extension telling it to update.

I need someone to design promotional tiles for Google Chrome store.
I tried but it seems that when it comes to design I am a newbie.

Currently if there are no unwatched lessons badge is set to 0.

I think that it would be better if it is removed in that case.

In the moment of designing this extension I grabbed the colors from Laracasts website and used them for the design of the extension.

But over the weekend Laracasts website design changed.

• Do you want me to make the extension design match the new Laracasts website design ?
• Maybe an options page to choose between old and new design ?

I think that this is because of memory limit on google chrome storage api.

I think that the app hits the limit and then this happens.

Looking for workarounds.

• Make Laranotti use Lissandra for API

Add a spinner when the fetching starts and remove it when it completes.

And if it fails show a blinking triangle or something similiar.

Because lessons are being stored in localStorage it is best that Laranotti cleans localStorage from watched lessons older that 1 week but only if the maximum number of lessons exceeds ~20 lessons.

I have to click on the extension icon to make Laranotti detect new lessons. This used to work before ...
