Jsonnet formatting for codemirror

Panic on launch.

When trying to run as documented in the readme, I see the following:

Integrate with codemirror linter to show error messages in code panel

Handling custom libsonnet imports

Block any interaction with the grafana panel

Grafana doesn't allow such a feature however adding an overlay on top of the iframe may help achieve this behaviour. The basic purpose is to convey the user that this panel is not editable and doesn't allow navigation.
