Hi,

If I run the Hello World directly on internet, tests work fine but if I run its behind my corporate proxy, I have an error during the integration-test phase in the class StreamIt.

In debug mode, it looks like the error occurs in the method call - await(helloService.hello("foo").invoke())

After a few tries, I guess the problem is with the gateway. The hello world needs a gateway with url http://localhost:9000 and my network configuration is set to go through a cntlm proxy to my corporate proxy with authentication. I think the pb is there.

What do you think ???

Since these files are meant as a template/seed for new projects, please consider removing the Lightbend copyright notice in file comments.

PR should be validated with Travis.
