For the "All" view:

• Group first by line
• For each line, group alerts by Ongoing Alerts, then Upcoming Alerts
• Within those groupings, group alerts by End Date Exists, then No End Date
• Then within those groupings, order by effective date ascending.

For the "Ongoing"/"Upcoming" views:

• Group first by line
• Within those groupings, group alerts by End Date Exists, then No End Date
• Then within those groupings, order by effective date ascending.

• Elevator icon not appearing
  • SVG is white on a white background
• Alerts showing duplicates without showing different bus/line badges. Access alerts showing duplicates.
  • Alert was displaying for each informed_entity while pulling only the first line)
