dcaf-core's Issues

Error 1556 when creating cRIO item in Configuration Editor

Using LV 2016 and DCAF Core 1.0.0.8 (and dependent) package.

-) Create project from a Basic Execution Template
-) Open DCAF configurator editor
-) Add new cRIO item
-) when selecting target type (e.g. Linux ARM x64), you get the error below

image

If I try to ignore it, I can work again on the editor, but if I try to add a target item again, I still get error 1556
If I close the DCAF editor and open it again, error still shows up

Potential bad build / vi location issues

Two machines, running LabVIEW 2018, installing DCAF Core from VIPM.

Trying to open the Temperature Control Example presents dialogs to find missing VIs/classes.

The example is looking for:
LabVIEW 2018*Targets*\vi.lib\NI\DCAF\Tag Editor Core\control module\configuration\control module configuration.lvclass - This class does not exist on disk, However LabVIEW 2018\vi.lib\NI\DCAF\Tag Editor Core\control module\configuration\control module configuration.lvclass, does.

LabVIEW 2018*Targets*\vi.lib\NI\DCAF\Modules\CVT Access\execution\CVT runtime.lvclass - This class does not exist on disk, However LabVIEW 2018\vi.lib\NI\DCAF\Modules\CVT Access\execution\CVT runtime.lvclass, does.

LabVIEW 2018*Targets*\vi.lib\NI\Model Execution Interface\Engine Configuration\engine configuration.lvclass - This class does not exist on disk, However LabVIEW 2018\vi.lib\NI\Model Execution Interface\Engine Configuration\engine configuration.lvclasss, does.

DCAF Core should auto-include Table API. It currently does not.

Install only DCAF Core on a clean system. Try to create a new instance of the templates. They fail due to Table API not being installed.

Need to include DCAF Table API as a dependency. Not sure if it should be a direct dependency of DCAF Core or of the DCAF Project Templates.
