Overview

Real estate market has interesting stories and events. This is the supervised learning project to accurately predict the house price given the features.

Dataset

Kaggle House Prices dataset, https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/house-prices-advanced-regression-techniques/overview. The dataset has 81 features that cover a wide range of attributes like square footage, neighborhood, quality of materials, and many more features.

Model

XGBoost algorithm, a decision-tree-based ensemble machine learning algorithm that employs a gradient boosting framework. Known for its high performance and flexibility, XGBoost is particularly adept at handling a large number of features, making it suitable for our diverse dataset.
