The call completed snackbar seems to be rendering behind other content (can still see it because the other content has transparent backgrounds) and sometimes it isn't dismissing itself after the timeout. When it doesn't dismiss itself, the following error pops up in the chrome console:

uncaught Error: You can't have a focus-trap without at least one focusable element at firstFocusNode (index.js:166) at index.js:109

Right now, the call initiation dialog always pops up when clicking the "call leads" or "resume calling leads" buttons, even when the queue status === connected.

It shouldn't pop up if we're already connected

pick either snake or camel case and make it all consistent. Right now some stuff is snake and some is camel.

responsive to screen size and touch gestures

sometimes the answered call hangs up and there's other active calls still dialing from before the answered call picked up. Hitting "clear leads" at this point in time breaks things as there's still hangup events that will be coming in for leads which will be non-existant
