cannot find 'graph databases'
The document at the main github.io page for this project states that "The human database is provided by default". I think the point is that there is a URL for the human database in the nld
object returned by data(grinn), but the datasets for installation in local neo4j are not as far as I can tell identified.
My attempt to use the package hit
Failed to connect to grinn.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu port 7474: Operation timed out
so it is natural to consider local deployment. Is that supported? Thanks
