Icon not visible with Notepad++ dark theme

Notepad++ v8.0 introduced the possibility for a dark ui-theme. Plugin authors need to call NPPM_ADDTOOLBARICON_FORDARKMODE instead of NPPM_ADDTOOLBARICON for Notepad++ v8.0 or newer.

Problems saving to Gist

Trying to save something to Gist, Notepad++ crashes showing .Net Framework error

Not Notepad++ Unicode Compliant, will not open in modern NP++

The ASCII plugins are no longer supported whatsoever by Notepad++; it won't even load the plugin if it isn't Unicode. I saw this plugin and was intrigued, but I can't load it so I can't get any use out of it, nor can anyone else who might want to. I don't know C#, or I'd try to convert it myself, but I can't.

Error when pull gist

@KvanTTT If I select not to save to local when pulling a gist, I get this error:

[GitHub API] Deprecation notice for authentication via URL query parameters

I got a notification from GitHub when using the plugin, that the authentication method used is depreciated:

Please use the Authorization HTTP header instead, as using the access_token query parameter is deprecated.

Just one URL that was accessed with a token and User-Agent combination will be listed in the email reminder, not all.

Is this something you will be able to address? I love your plugin, but I don't want to use it if the auth is not secure and discouraged by Github.

Saving gist crashes Notepadplusplus

It was working a few weeks ago, and now the whole NPP app crashes when trying to update an existing gist. No error message. Could be due to a recent NPP version update. I updated the Access Token with a new one in the plugin, but it did not help. Running NotepadPlusPlus ver. 8.3.1, and the NppGist plugin ver. 1.5.0.31.

I add my Token and after I try to "open Gist" and it say that there is a Argument Parameter name "index" outside in the rain ;-) Can you fix it ?

Description field is broken

The description area covers the entire right section as seen in the image below and I cannot access some buttons for this reason.
