Steps to make this repo working in your local machine:

1. Clone the repo
2. make a env file "python -n venv myenv"
3. Activate the env file "myenv/Scripts/activate" for windows
4. go to the college management system and get in the collegemanagement-django folder
5. then install the requirements.tx file: "pip install -r requirements.txt"
6. then "python manage.py migrate"
7. then "python manage.py runserver" to run it locally
